CK Jerk Shack (CKJS) is a start-up Caribbean themed mobile restaurant specializing in authentic Jamaican jerk take-out and outdoor catering. We offer customers an exciting and convenient Caribbean excursion through sights, sounds, smells, and most importantly, tastes of the Caribbean. All recipes are designed to elicit a “this is the best food I’ve ever tasted" response from customers. As such, we are looking for energetic entrepreneurs with intimate knowledge of the Caribbean to help us deliver a true Caribbean excursion.

Since each CK Jerk Shack is primarily a two-person operation, we need self-motivated individuals who are willing and able to wear multiple hats and run the business like it is their own. In return, you can expect a competitive salary, annual bonus, tips and unlimited advancement potential. Ultimately, I would expect many employees to become future CK Jerk Shack franchise owners.
