Gratuities

 

A customary 5%-18% gratuity is suggested based on the level of service provided:

  • 5% drop-off

  • 10% basic buffet service

  • 12% limited buffet service

  • 15% full buffet service

  • 18% full-service and onsite cooking  

Once you've calculated your menu total using the online shopping cart, calculate the gratuity you wish to provide and enter it here.  Your gratuity is discretionary, and as such is not subject to sales tax.
