| | CK Jerk Shack (CKJS) can support your school, PTA, PTSA, church, team, club, charity and other non-profit fundraising initiatives in numerous ways. Here are a few of our turn-key programs, but your options are only limited by your imagination. Organizations can expect to raise $200 to $2500 from well executed programs. | Pre-Sale | Food Concessions | Rebate Donations | Here's how it works:- Organization works with CKJS to develop a menu and dates for pre-sale and BBQ delivery, and customize the profit sharing model.
- CKJS creates online and paper pre-sale order forms for the members of the organization to use to pre-sell orders for gourmet Island BBQ.
- CKJS sets up a secure online payment system for all customers to pre-pay for their orders no later than 1 week prior to the pick-up date. All sales are credited to the organization and individual sales person.
- CKJS sets up it's mobile restaurant and tents in the organizations parking lot (or other appropriate venue secured by the organization) on the designated BBQ pick-up date for all customers to pick-up their orders. Organization volunteers may be required to expedite the process.
- CKJS provides the organization with a check at the conclusion of order pick-ups.
Typical menu is: Gourmet Island BBQ Roasts, Slabs of Ribs, Whole Jerk Turkeys or Chickens and Family Dinner for 4+ people. Typical customer price point is $20 - $60. | Here's how it works:- Organization develops, hosts or secures food concession privileges at an event or retail location that attracts a sufficient number of hungry attendees.
- Organization works with CKJS to develop a menu and customize the profit sharing model.
- CKJS manages the food concessions and the organization provides volunteer servers.
- CKJS calculates the profits and provides the organization with a check within 7-days after the event.
- The success of these events depends on fairly accurate attendance estimates, as unsold food eats into profits.
Typical customer price point is $5 - $10. Event Ideas: football games, track meets, community events, carnivals, fairs, festivals, open houses, etc. Location Ideas: high foot traffic locations like Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam's Club, Target, Malls, etc. | Here's how it works:- Organizations sign-up here for our rebate program on all catering orders.
- Organizations promote our catering service to members, friends and colleagues and receive a 5% rebate check.
- Your organization gets credit for all catering orders where the client names your organization as the beneficiary when they make a request for proposal (RFP).
- The client can be anyone - your employer, church, school, university, charity, etc. And in the case of one large company holiday party or company picnic your rebate will likely be in excess of $1,000.
- CKJS will send an earnings statement and donation check to each organization on a quarterly basis or sooner, should your balance hit $1,000.
Typical client price point is $1,000 - $20,000. Event Ideas: Employee or Customer Appreciation, Company Picnic, Holiday Party, Tailgate or Block Party, Family or High School Reunion, Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Graduation Party, Super Bowl Party, etc. |
