Eat Jerk.

Be Happy, Mon!TM

CK Jerk Shack (CKJS) can support your school, PTA, PTSA, church, team, club, charity and other non-profit fundraising initiatives in numerous ways.  Here are a few of our turn-key programs, but your options are only limited by your imagination.  Organizations can expect to raise $200 to $2500 from well executed programs.

Pre-SaleFood ConcessionsRebate Donations
Here's how it works:
  1. Organization works with CKJS to develop a menu and dates for pre-sale and BBQ delivery, and customize the profit sharing model.
  2. CKJS creates online and paper pre-sale order forms for the members of the organization to use to pre-sell orders for gourmet Island BBQ.
  3. CKJS sets up a secure online payment system for all customers to pre-pay for their orders no later than 1 week prior to the pick-up date.  All sales are credited to the organization and individual sales person.
  4. CKJS sets up it's mobile restaurant and tents in the organizations parking lot (or other appropriate venue secured by the organization) on the designated BBQ pick-up date for all customers to pick-up their orders.  Organization volunteers may be required to expedite the process.
  5. CKJS provides the organization with a check at the conclusion of order pick-ups.

Typical menu is: Gourmet Island BBQ Roasts, Slabs of Ribs, Whole Jerk Turkeys or Chickens and Family Dinner for 4+ people.  Typical customer price point is $20 - $60.

Here's how it works:
  1. Organization develops, hosts or secures food concession privileges at an event or retail location that attracts a sufficient number of hungry attendees.
  2. Organization works with CKJS to develop a menu and customize the profit sharing model.
  3. CKJS manages the food concessions and the organization provides volunteer servers.
  4. CKJS calculates the profits and provides the organization with a check within 7-days after the event.
  5. The success of these events depends on fairly accurate attendance estimates, as unsold food eats into profits.

Typical customer price point is $5 - $10.

Event Ideas: football games, track meets, community events, carnivals, fairs, festivals, open houses, etc.

Location Ideas: high foot traffic locations like Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam's Club, Target, Malls, etc.
Here's how it works:
  1. Organizations sign-up here for our  rebate program on all catering orders.
  2. Organizations promote our catering service to members, friends and colleagues and receive a 5% rebate check.
  3. Your organization gets credit for all catering orders where the client names your organization as the beneficiary when they make a request for proposal (RFP).
  4. The client can be anyone - your employer, church, school, university, charity, etc.  And in the case of one large company holiday party or company picnic your rebate will likely be in excess of $1,000.
  5. CKJS will send an earnings statement and donation check to each organization on a quarterly basis or sooner, should your balance hit $1,000.

Typical client price point is $1,000 - $20,000.

Event Ideas: Employee or Customer Appreciation, Company Picnic, Holiday Party, Tailgate or Block Party, Family or High School Reunion, Wedding, Rehearsal Dinner, Graduation Party, Super Bowl Party, etc.
