Carving Stations: Guest get to interact with the carving master as he slices up the Jerk Pork and Jerk Beef to order or chops-up whole chickens, Island style. $120.00.

Jerk Pit Master Cooking Demonstration: Hire a Jerk Pit Master to entertain and educate your guests with a live cooking demonstration, where guest get to sample a few select items hot-off-the-pit. Menu items selected must be items that cook fast or those best-served hot-off-the-grill, e.g., lobster tails, calamari, fish, shrimp, veggies, steaks, chicken breast, chicken skewers, tofu, etc. He can use your grill or bring his own. $250.00 plus the cost of the food and transportation.

Coconut Rasta Man: Let Gary amaze your guests with his coconut knowledge and machete wielding skills to prepare nature's beverage and dessert. First you get to drink the coconut water, then he splits the coconut so get to eat the coconut jelly. Yum! $250.00 plus transportation (includes 50 coconuts; additional coconuts available for $2).
